About FHWA LEGACY LLC Wholesale
FHWA was founded by Rose Woods. Born and raised in Waialua, Hawaii, she has always loved flowers. Her husband would buy her a new perfume every year, until she discovered Perfume Oils in 2014 on a visit to Kona. The fragrance of the perfume oil was cleaner, lasted longer and was more economical than perfume.
In 2021, Rose decided to create her own Hawaiian Floral Perfume oil line. She launched her line under her trademark name, From Hawaii With Aloha in April of 2021 at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet. It was an immediate success. She added soap and lotion to her line of products in 2022 which is also selling very well.

Rose is the creator of all the products being offered at From Hawaii With Aloha. Although Rose and her husband grew up on the North Shore, she and her husband transplanted to Waianae where they raised their family. It is in Waianae that her products were birthed, therefore all of FHWA's products are distinguished as
"MADE IN WAIANAE, HI".
When FHWA LEGACY LLC Wholesale opened its doors in 2021, Rose decided to focus on three main principles: quality, pricing, and aloha service. These are guiding values which we feel have been well received. We provide the same attention to every customer, no matter the size of the contract.
